Our DMARC DNS setup guides show you how to add the records needed for ARMD Managed DMARC Protection. Adding the records is a one-time task that usually takes about 10 minutes.
- Open your onboarding email – it contains your DNS records and names the company managing your DNS.
- Choose your provider below – each guide shows you where to log in and add the records.
- Leave the rest to us — we check your domain automatically and confirm by email once your records are live.
After the DNS records go live, your first DMARC reports show us which services send email for your domain. If a service such as Microsoft 365 or a newsletter platform needs DKIM switched on, we’ll contact you with the next step.
Don’t manage your DNS yourself? Forward your onboarding email and the relevant guide to whoever does, usually your IT provider or web developer. They’ll have everything they need.

Don’t see your provider? The process is similar across most DNS providers: log in, open the DNS management area and add the records from your onboarding email. If you need help finding the right place, reply to your onboarding email and we’ll guide you.
📚 Frequently asked questions
No. These are new DNS records, so adding them correctly will not interrupt your email or website. Your existing services will continue operating as normal.
Your registrar is the company through which you registered the domain name. Your hosting company runs your website or email, while your DNS provider manages the records that direct traffic for your domain. One company may handle all three roles, but not always. We confirm your DNS provider during onboarding.
That’s common. You’ll receive a separate onboarding email for each domain, with its DNS provider, guide link and records. You can complete or forward each one separately.
